Wing Creek Resort is an environmentally conscious waterfront development in the culture rich Kootenay Lake region. Upon completion, this unique community will feature thoughtfully designed timberframe cottages, lush forest trails, shared waterfront amenities, outdoor living spaces and the Falling Water Spa.
Wing Creek Resort will be developed in phases, with each phase reflecting uncompromising quality, exquisite design and harmony with the natural splendor of the surroundings.
Phase I consists of five one-bedroom, timber accented cottages, starting in the 200s -- a price point that will never be repeated in this exclusive resort community. The resort also features the Falling Water Spa, a gift shop, an orchard, The Giants forest trail, a cascading mountain stream and 500 feet of shoreline on Kootenay Lake.
