Phase 1 offers two one-bedroom floorplans: the Cedarbrook and the Cedarcrest. Both Kootenay Lake resort options are exquisite timber accented cottages featuring a large deck affording breathtaking views of the soaring Purcell Mountains and the pristine waters of Kootenay Lake. Cedar siding and cedar shake roofs allow your cottage to blend into Nature's setting, surrounded by beautiful flowers, fruit and greenery.
Inside, each cottage has been handcrafted with precise care and attention. Each cottage is also fully furnished, including fine wooden furniture and detailing thoughtfully created by local craftsmen.
Each cottage offers one bedroom that boasts deep Berber carpet and a Queen bed with luxury mattress, plush duvets and high-threadcount sheets to envelope you in softness and comfort each night.
Each cottage includes a sumptuous 4-piece slate bathroom. All linens are provided to enable your immediate participation in the Rental Management Program.
All kitchens offer the latest in granite counters and stainless appliances, as well as small appliances and all the dishes and cookware you'll need to create your own culinary delights.
Hardwood flooring and vaulted ceilings in kitchens and livingrooms create an atmosphere of warmth and comfort, while a wall of windows ensures breathtaking views of mountains, forest and the lake.

The Cedarbrook livingroom features a hand-laid stone fireplace for romantic evenings in front of the fire.
The Cedarcrest livingroom features a beautiful Jotul woodstove with glass panel to view the relaxing flames as you curl up in front of the fire. The Cedarcrest also affords the most spacious floorplan of the current resort cottages as well as many thoughtful "extras".
Phases 2-10 will each consist of two to four well-spaced timber frame cottages. Future cottages will be pre-sold and new owners will have several plans from which to choose. Most cottages will feature two bedrooms, with a few of the most premium locations offering three bedroom designs. The focus will be on quality craftsmanship, natural materials and fine finishings. For convenience or for inclusion in the Rental Management Program, furniture and appliance packages will be available.
